Welcome and thanks for visiting. We fight for low income individuals* and their rights to affordably obtain intellectual property in accordance with statewide public records acts. Read more about us by clicking here.

We're active members in networks and communities aligned with this purpose such as "Assets and Opportunity Network", "I'm Home", "Be Your Own Contractor Training", and "Straw Bale Education".

A project we're currently working on is a data abstraction service for distressed properties in tax lien investments. We aim to assist low income individuals to legally obtain affordable vacant land to develop. Some counties hire private for-profit organizations to store and maintain data, for example Parcelquest. These organizations in turn make it virtually impossible to obtain large datasets for free and only provide access to those able and willing to pay for access. Affordable access to this information allows individual property investors and developers to makes offers to distressed property owners, giving them the abiltiy to liquidate their distressed asset(s), prior to counties auctioning the properties through private for-profit organizations such as bid4assets. The results of the efforts help counties collect taxes more quickly, preventing properties from the additional cost burdens of foreclosure and liquidation services. This is why a handful of governing entities provide this information in real time for free on their website for example Travis County in Texas.

A current effort in our project aims to collect information on the over 3000 counties, cities, municipalities, local districts, and towns in North America.

Help us reach our current goal of $400 to gain tax exempt status.
